Our data promise
Your files stay with you.
What does Agent see?
Nothing of yours. Agent holds the rules. When Claude needs one, it asks Agent by topic, for example "NVZ" or "dairy", and Agent sends the rules back. Your question, your answer and your files never reach us.
Then who reads my files?
Claude reads them only to answer your question. What Claude keeps is your own chat history, under your own Claude settings. When you set up, we'll show you how to switch off the setting that lets your chats be used to improve Claude.
Who looks after my files?
You do, as you do now. Your files stay on your own computer or in the storage you already use, such as Dropbox or OneDrive. We never hold them, so keeping them safe and backed up is down to you and your storage provider, not to us.
What if the internet goes down, or you do?
Your records are wherever you keep them, never on our servers. If we go down, every file is still there to open, print and hand to the assessor. Files on your own computer open without the internet; files in online storage need it. You need the internet to ask Agent a question.
What do you keep about me?
If you sign up: your name, your email, your farm's name and postcode district, and the boxes you ticked. Nothing else. We never sell it or share it, and we delete it if you ask.
