AGENT FOR FARMERS

Less paperwork. More farming.

Agent for Farmers is a practical tool that helps UK farms stay on top of compliance, audits and the records their buyers demand — without it taking over the kitchen table. We're opening a small pilot soon.

What is Agent for Farmers?

Every farm carries a growing weight of compliance — Red Tractor audits, RPA and Defra deadlines, NVZ records, scheme rules and buyer requirements that change every year. Most of it ends up in folders, drawers and people's heads.

Agent pulls that together. It works through what applies to your farm, keeps the evidence in one place, tells you what's due and when, and gets you audit-ready — so the paperwork stops eating your week.

It's built to be run on your own laptop, with your data staying on the farm. During the pilot it's free.

Online training course · first cohort this autumn

Audit-Ready with AI

A six-week online course that leaves you with your own farm's compliance running — not a folder of theory. You finish with your farm profile built, an audit binder assembled from your own records, and a routine that keeps it current.

By the end you'll have, on your own farm:

  • Your Farm Profile — the single source of truth every audit draws on
  • Your audit binder — compliance map, matrix and wall calendar, gaps surfaced as a to-do list, not a panic
  • The evidence finder run against your own files — every audit requirement classified: found, missing, or lives on the buyer's portal
  • Your compliance routine — what happens daily, weekly and monthly, with rule changes flagged to you as they land

Five live evening sessions on Zoom plus a setup week, in a small group of 8–12. Everything is done on your farm's real paperwork as we go.

You'll need a laptop you can install software on, a paid Claude subscription (your own cost — we're straight about that), and your farm files reachable from that laptop. The first cohort pays a founder rate that never goes up.
